Polyband Expander
This device is used where rubber expander roller are not suitable. Poly Band Expander is very much essential for the thin web, 10 microns and less. Poly Band expander performs outstandingly well for separating the web after slitting irrespective of its thickness. This device is also very much useful in processing PP & HM. Poly Band expander perform without any limitation of lead in - lead out distances and best result are obtained with wrap angle of 90 degree. Depending upon web material and gauge, we need to adjust stretch and touch in - touch out points.
